This provider of education located within Birmingham are looking to appoint a Science Teacher to a long term supply cover for an immediate start after the Summer holidays for the duration of the academic year. The position is offered on a full time, 5 day a week basis and will see the successful applicant teaching all 3 sciences to KS3 and KS4 pupils.
You will join a provider that has been through a significant period of transition, joining a team that have established a real impetus under a new dynamic and inspiration leadership team. Located within Birmingham LEA this education provider is found to the East of the city centre within easy commutable distance from surrounding areas in Birmingham and Solihull. This is a large provider well above the average sized secondary school. Pupils come from a diverse set of backgrounds with the majority of pupils coming from ethnic minorities with a significant proportion of pupils speaking English as an additional language. Their catchment area covers an area of significant deprivation with over half of pupils eligible for the pupil premium with a higher than average number of pupils with special needs.
