This course is designed to offer graduate trainees an opportunity to understand and meet all items outlined in the Teachers' Standards over 2 years. It is set out in a manner that we hope challenges and excites student teachers.
There are many routes into teaching but the retention rates are highest through avenues where students are offered in-school training and allowed to develop at an appropriate pace. Our course is built with this in mind.
