Prospero teaching are working closely with a large secondary school in the Oldham LEA who are looking for a teacher of Science to start September 2018. The school is part of a multi academy trust and are growing year on year in terms of pupil intake and staff in take.

Initially this is a supply basis role but if successful throughout, the chances of a permanent contract are likely. The successful candidate will be working in a state of the art department showing off new facilities, modern resources and a science team committed to each and every pupil. This role requires commitment to all responsibilities including planning, marking and assessing pupils on a daily basis. The school is a large mixed gender secondary school with an impeccable reputation starting with leadership and management being credited with Ofsted. Teachers tend to stay with the school once appointed showing the strong working environment. The reason for the post is due to increase of pupils, allowing room for a further science teacher creating a great opportunity within the school.
