To be considered for this post you are required to have comprehensive knowledge of clinical guidelines and standards within speciality/area of practice, specialist knowledge and experience of relevant conditions, pathology, policies and procedures associate with the speciality/area of practice ensuring that the level of expertise can be utilised to deliver leadership within the speciality/area of practice with
further education/evidence of continuous professional development in the area of speciality including study days, courses, postgraduate qualification.
It is essential to hold leadership skills to enable to day to day management of service delivery with excellent team working skills, excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate others and work using own initiative with excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills and effective time management skills,
With working knowledge of basic information technology. Effective working hours will be Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or appropriate part time agreement.
