This role will require you to develop plans for student care based on assessments, interventions, and identification of outcomes.

To start ASAP on a minimum of a 3 month contract, 4 days per week 9-5

The main base of this role will be in Chigwell.

Responsibilities:
-Case management, child protection, clinics, clinical activities relating to Health Visiting.
-Developing plans for student care based on assessment, interventions, and identification of outcomes, and the evaluation of care
-Providing health-related education to students and staff in both individual and group settings
-Monitoring immunizations, managing communicable diseases, and assessing the school environment as to prevent injury and ensure safety

Skills:
-School Nurse Caseload Holder
-Child Protection
-Community Rio Trained
-Specialist Community Public Health Nurse - HV qualification.
