An exciting opportunity has arisen for a School Nurse Community Practice Teacher (CPT), to work within the 0-19 Universal Service in Salford.
We are looking for an enthusiastic CPT or experience Band 6 School Nurse willing to undertake the Assessors and Supervisors course to enhance the existing commitment to provide the best start for the Children, Young People and Families in Salford 0-19 Universal Service.
The Community Practice Teacher is expected to take a lead role in the education & professional development of students and the wider team.
You will be working closely with Lead Nurse and the Cluster Lead to support the implementation of developments within the 0-19 Universal Services.
Please note this is a full time post
