Dedicate Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading Federation of schools in East London to appoint a HR Administrator. Formed from a network of four schools based in Hackney and Stratford, our client is setting the standard for education across the UK.
Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will support the HR department in maintaining staff records to ensure that all personnel files contain accurate employment life-cycle documentation. This will include the migration of all personnel files and HR documents onto SharePoint and management of data on SIMS and other school-related software.
This role is concentrated on precise data capture and excellent attention to detail is integral. You will ensure that data relating to the School Workforce Census is accurately recorded and you will support the lifecycle of recruitment campaigns, from advertising to offer stage and onboarding,
Qualified to a minimum of CIPD Level 3, the successful candidate will bring a solid understanding of current employment legislation, possess strong organisational and communications skills and the ability to utilise these effectively with diverse audiences. You will have relevant experience of working in a busy HR office, able to work as part of a team or as a highly motivated individual. Knowledge of MS Office, Sharepoint and SIMS is highly desirable for this role.
