School Administrator - Southwark, South East London

Are you an organised, proactive, and friendly professional looking for a rewarding role in education? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a School Administrator to join an excellent Primary School in Southwark, South East London.

About the Role:

As a School Administrator, you will be the backbone of the school's daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing school communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters
  • Handling admissions, attendance records, and student data
  • Providing administrative support to teachers and senior staff
  • Assisting with financial tasks such as invoicing and budget tracking
  • Ensuring compliance with school policies and safeguarding procedures

About You:

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and school databases (SIMS, Arbor)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experienced in an administrative role (preferably within a school environment, but not essential
