A primary school in Stratford, Newham, is seeking an experienced administrator to join their team immediately. The ideal candidate must have previous experience using Bromcom, SIMS, Arbour, Integres would be beneficial and be able to handle a range of administrative tasks efficiently.

• Managing the school's Bromcom system, including attendance, admissions, and pupil records
• Handling enquiries from parents, staff, and external agencies
• Supporting the senior leadership team with administrative tasks
• Assisting with safeguarding procedures and maintaining confidentiality
• General office duties, including filing, data entry, and managing emails

• Experience with Bromcom is essential
• Strong IT and organisational skills
• Previous experience in a school office setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
