A mainstream secondary school in Southwark is seeking an experienced School Administrator to join their team immediately. This is a full-time, long-term position, ideal for a highly organised and efficient individual with prior school administration experience.
Key Responsibilities:-
Managing student records and data entry using SIMS or BROMCOM

Handling general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting staff and students

Supporting admissions, attendance tracking, and maintaining school records

Assisting with HR tasks, safeguarding checks, and compliance administration

Coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and liaising with parents and external agencies

Ensuring all confidential information is handled professionally and in line with school policies

Experience in school administration (essential)

Proficiency in SIMS or BROMCOM (essential)

Strong organisational and multitasking skills
