My client delivers immunisation and vaccination services for NHSE across several areas in England. Our immunisation and vaccination service has been running for 8 years and forms part of our established clinical services in the North West of England.
We are recruiting Administrative staff to support our Immunisation & Vaccination Team in delivering the Nasal Flu immunisation service in Primary schools across Greater Manchester. Applicants will work alongside our existing team in supporting the delivery of their expanding immunisation & vaccination programmes. Successful candidates will primarily support nurse-led immunisation sessions in primary schools. Other duties will include handling telephone calls from parents/carers and communicating with stakeholders.
Our ideal candidates will have experience of working in administration and be able to perform general administration duties to a high standard. We require an enthusiastic, committed individual who will work as part of the team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Travel to schools within the region is an integral to the role therefore a clean driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
Please note you must have access to your own vehicle and hold a valid DBS to be considered for this role.
