School Administrator

Monarch Education are currently recruiting for School Administrator's to work within schools in the Birmingham area.

Do you have a strong administration background?

Duties will include but are not limited to:
Front of house, first point of call for visitors
Liaising with visitors
Answering phones and taking messages
Typing of letters and memos
Filing, faxing and photocopying
Dealing with parents and pupils
Dealing with queries from other staff members
Meeting and greeting
Inputting details onto SIMS/CMIS
Opening and distributing post with post

You must be:
Able to use your own initiative,
Able to work to a high standard
Have a good telephone manner
Able to pick up electronic and manual systems quickly
Have experience using SIMS/CMIS
