An experienced School Administrator is required for a long term role in St Helen's
I am working in partnership with a large primary school in St Helen's to recruit an experienced School Administrator with SIMs and FMS experience.
Your new company
Working in a large two form entry primary school you will join an established and friendly support team where you will be responsible for securing the Business Manager and Senior Leadership team by providing a comprehensive administration service.
Your new role
Your new role will involve you providing reception cover, meeting and greeting all visitors and parents to the schools, answering general enquiries over the phone and face to face along with general administration task. The role will also require you to use SIM's to update pupil information and attendance and FMS to process basic finance tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working within a school and be able to use SIM's and FMS. The role is subject to an enhanced DBS and Satisfactory references.
