School Administrator

An exciting opportunity is available for a school administrator to join an 'OUTSTANDING' primary school

Your new school

You will be working for a medium sized primary school in the heart of Stockport. This school was recently rated as 'OUTSTANDING' by OFSTED and prides itself on challenging and supporting every child to achieve their full potential through a committed and caring team of teaching staff.

Your new role

You will be working in the main school office alongside a team of administrators maintaining the school's SIMS database, producing reports and recording absences. You will also be required to tackle telephone queries as and when needed in a positive and friendly manner. In addition, you will be required to work alongside the business manager to assist with some finance duties which may include raising purchase order numbers and processing a variety of invoices.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need experience working in a similar administrative role within the education sector. Experience with SIMS would be ideal alongside knowledge of other education administration software packages such as FMS6. The school are looking for positive and friendly administrators to join their caring team and continue to practice their vision and ethos.
