Regenda is now recruiting a Scheme Manager to work with our Independent Living team in Lancashire.
About the role
The main purpose of this role is to provide a high quality, effective and tenant focused intensive housing management service to the tenants in Sheltered Housing schemes as directed by the Service Manager.
You will have a working knowledge of sheltered housing schemes and possess the ability to work on your own initiative as well as in a team efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will have the ability to work closely in partnership with support providers and agencies such as tenants, families, emergency services etc.
You will also be a self-motivated individual with a 'can do’ attitude. An enhanced DBS check is required for this post.
