Scheduling Manager - 6 months - Staffordshire
A Scheduling Manager role based in Stafford on a temporary basis for up to 6 months, provides an opportunity to join a large commercial business to support the definition of the target operating model for their scheduling function.
Your new role
As Scheduling Manager, you will lead on activity and provide best practice to support performance maximisation, helping to achieve operational and customer delivery targets via the definition of the target operating model. You will utilise demand analysis and will work with internal customers to recommend appropriate resource and shift patterns. Supporting the management team, you will define KPI's and targets and will assist with the roll out of the target operating model requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a senior operational planning role, transformational planning role or project planning role, delivering change and improvement will lead to your success. You will have proven experience of analysing information to make recommendations and produce requirements and will have used tools such as SAP or similar. You will be adept at building relationships quickly and have excellent communication skills.
