Scheduling/Coordination Manager

Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Scheduling/Coordination Manager based in Southampton for a leading EPoS and payment solution provider

This management position will be responsible for managing a team of Installation Co-ordinators and will be responsible for the internal aspects of project installations

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Project Installation Co-ordinators
  • Set clear objectives, evaluate progress and instil a high performance culture with focus on team work, and service excellence
  • Ensure working practices are well defined and operational with minimal disruption using technology to improve efficiency as appropriate
  • Review daily priorities and take appropriate action to ensure results are achieved
  • Cascade business objectives and targets to the team
  • Running Project meetings as required, both internal and external
  • Prepare Project rollout plans for the customer and internal stakeholders, managing multiple customer projects at one time
  • Monitor and assist the booking of Project work, in conjunction with the Operations coordinators, onto the Metro call logging system
  • Liaise with Logistics and Field Service managers on core stock requirements and oversee period stock audits
  • Manage a team of project installation co-ordinators booking holiday, sickness RTW, timesheets and completing PDRs as required
  • Liaison with the internal functions including sales, product management, development, operations, provisioning and other service function
  • Provide Daily/weekly/Monthly reporting on project progress and highlight project risks



Experienced Required:

  • Previously managed deployment or installation projects
  • Experience within EPoS industry would be desired but is not essential


Salary negotiable depending on experience
