Introduce the role . It’s an exciting time to join our growing Planning team in Huntingdon. We are looking for a Scheduling Associate to help support and assist the planners.

As a Scheduling Associate at Envigo your main responsibilities will be:

  • Assisting planners to develop accurate study schedules in Primavera
  • Publishing study schedules to the intranet
  • Maintaining departmental filing systems
  • Running and publishing routine reports from Primavera and Salesforce

The skills and experience we’re looking for are:

  • Able to demonstrate good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Competent in MS Office
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A-C including maths, English and science
  • Good communicator
