A leading provider of IT infrastructure services requires an Scheduling Administrator to be part of a vibrant and expanding team. Based in Milton Keynes, you will join a friendly team responsible for dealing with enquiries, supporting requests for schedulers, log requests onto the database system, as well as dealing with general administrative duties.
The role requires a good level of reporting capability and as such you must be familiar with MS Office packages such as Excel and Outlook, as you will be using Excel to assist with compiling management reports.
Successful applicants should have:
- Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Strong organisational skills
- Good administrative experience
- Attention to detail with ability to provide data for reporting and processing of information
Administrative experience would be desirable but is not essential as full training will be provided. You will have a structured approach to a busy working schedule, naturally you will enjoy working as part of an enthusiastic team and with the desire to deliver a service of the highest standard to our client.
