Scheduling Administrator

We have a requirement for a Scheduling Administrator to work within a busy Project Management department

  • Location: Northwich
  • Job title: Scheduling Administrator
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: Initially until the end of April but it may lead to a permanent role as they are recruiting on a perm basis (£16,000 perm).
  • Hours: 9am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch) - Flexibility to work 8:30 - 5 or 9:30 - 6 would be ideal)
  • Pay rate: £8.00 per hour (£8.97 incl. of holiday pay)


  • Monitor Outlook inbox and assign work to field engineers based upon their skillset, geography and availability
  • Communicate with Logistics teams to ensure parts are available within tight time constraints
  • Efficient and accurate data Entry onto Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets
  • Generate and maintain project documentation
  • Liaise with customers regarding project deliverables
  • Handle escalations and resolution of project issues as required
  • Log and track of sales requests on internal systems


  • PC Literate including Microsoft Excel
  • Organisation and prioritisation with the ability to multi-task
  • Previous Scheduling experience (Advantageous)
  • Diary Management experience
  • Confident communicator both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Motivated to "go the extra mile" to exceed customer expectations
  • Knowledge of UK Geography will be an advantage
