You will be required to have previously scheduling experience along with good all round customer service skills and the ability to prioritise.
The role will involve;
Organising and planning work diaries for a variety of engineers
Liaising with customers both on the phone and email
Liaising with internal teams
This is a very busy environment and attention to detail is key. You will need to be PC literate with a good telephone manner.
