Our client, who specialise in the provision of technically engineered solutions and services are looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator for their contract in Harlow, Essex. You will be responsible for receiving Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) jobs through their internal portal and ensuring that the relevant engineers are sent the required information, in order for them to carry out the necessary work. The work will be on a mix of social housing and commercial properties and you will be using Tesseract software, but is not essential that you have experience using this particular package. You will need a proven track record within the planning/scheduling sector.
