Scheduler/ Office Administrator

An Scheduler/ Office administrator is required for a growing organisation based in Wood Green- London.

This is a permanent position, working Monday- Friday 9am-5pm.

Salary offered would be between £21,000- £25,000 depending on experience.

The role of the office administrator involves:

  1. Service Schedule - managing the technicians schedules for each day, and liaising with clients prior to our site visits to ensure they receive required products.
  2. New Customer installations - arranging documents and equipment for new customer installations, as well as liaising with sales/technicians to ensure smooth running of new installations.
  3. Stock - liaising with main warehouse arranging for stock to be delivered to our local storage unit. Managing stock levels, ensuring stock available for the next week
  4. Office administration - invoicing, debtors, office supplies, running the office, etc...

My client is willing to invest time and money in training a office administrator who has some office admin experience. However, you must demonstrate the ability to multitask, make decisions, and be able to think on your feet.
