My client is seeking a full-time Scanning Assistant to work in their head office in Milton Keynes.
·To ensure the post is sorted and scanned and indexed as speedily and accurately as possible
·To have an eye for detail and a pride in achieving accuracy and high standards of work
The job holder will also be expected to undertake other support tasks such as data entry as and when required.
There may also be a requirement to assist in other departments, such as the post room, from time to time.
This is a demanding role and applicants must be prepared to demonstrate that they have the necessary enthusiasm, drive and commitment. The applicant must be self-motivated and have a positive, flexible attitude.
You should also have:
• Good communication skills
• Computer literacy
• The ability to cope under pressure
• The ability to deal with high volumes of work whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Team Player skills
• Be prepared to perform repetitive tasks
