JOB ROLE: Office Administrator
JOB TYPE: Temporary
HOURS: 09.00 - 17.30pm
Duration: 2 weeks
SALARY: £10.00 per hour
CULTURE: Energetic, busy, diverse, modern offices.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- To be a good support to the team in regards to the administrative side - Scanning, Filing, faxing documents
- Microsoft Office use - Create and amend spread sheets, Outlook, format documents etc.
- Produce communication via email and letters. Ensuring a high level of quality typing services is used at all times.
- Organising and keeping meeting rooms tidy at all times.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
*Some work experience within an office environment is ideal
*Well spoken with a brilliant telephone manner
*Good IT and typing skills with knowledge of the MS Package
*Ability to work independently, self motivated with the use of initiative
