Our client is a leading data and document storage company based in Hoddesdon and we are currently looking to recruit a large number of Scanner Operatives/ Document Preppers/ Data Entry Operatives/ Office administrators.
Due to a large increase of work we require an additional 30 operatives to start as soon as possible to work on various projects the year.
You will be required to assist with the preparation and organisation of paper work that is to be distributed to our clients customers. You will be involved with the preparing and scanning of documents to convert them from hard copy to electronic files. In this process you will be handling boxes of paper work, removing paper clips and staples, preparing documents for scanning and using a computer system and scanner to save documents electronically. You must have a good attention to detail, have an excellent understanding of the English language both spoken and written and be available for a minimum of 16 weeks.
Hours of Work - Monday to Friday, from 14:00-22:30, pay £7.83/h.
You will be required to provide a 5 year checkable work or education history and complete a DBS and a Credit Check which can be applied for on line.
