Clients of theirs include global banks, HMRC and the NHS so there's plenty of opportunities to be working on exciting projects in the future.
Newcastle-based tech firm that specialise in developing enterprise software for global businesses.
They're a truly Agile organisation - think highly collaborative teams, continuous improvement and daily stand ups.
This company is what I like to call 'a proper tech company' - everyone that works at this business either builds their own tech, organises local agile events or runs dev classes.
Development here is 80% TDD, 20% BDD.
Scala is flexible.
Flexibility comes at the price of simplicity, but in the right hands Scala is a very elegant language that is much more than just a "better Java".
Scala is also the programming language of choice for most big banks in the UK.
To be considered you must have at least 2 years commercial experience.
Apply via this advert for more details and/or get in touch with one of us at Hainton.
The first stage will be an informal phone interview.
If successful, you'll be invited to their offices to discuss the role, and your experience, in more detail.
