SC or DV Cleared Cloud Service Support Engineer required in Swansea. You will work on the operational support team and be involved in support and the upskilling of staff on the team. Support AWS cloud hosted services using automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible. Provision of 24/7 on call support for AWS Cloud hosted services. Management of incidents and change via ServiceNow and JIRA. Enablement of knowledge transfer and skilling up of permanent staff.

Responsibilites

  • Support AWS cloud hosted services using automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible

  • Management of incidents and change via ServiceNow and JIRA.

Technical skills

  • Experience with AWS technologies and automation and configuration tools
  • Experience and knowledge of Ansible
  • Experience and knowledge of Terraform
  • Experience and knowledge of Python
  • Experience and knowledge of Rundeck
  • Experience and knowledge of Red Hat IDM
  • Experience and knowledge of Puppet
  • Experience and knowledge of ELK
  • Experience and knowledge of StrongSwan
  • Experience and knowledge of Spacewalk
  • Experience and knowledge of Nginx
  • Experience and knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Experience and knowledge of Atlassian Tools (BitBucket, JIRA, Confluence)
