Essentially, this Saturday Sales Negotiator role is about meeting and greeting our customers and ensuring they get all the help they need to find their perfect home or sell their existing one. So you’ll spend a lot of time taking people to viewings and then actively negotiating for them.
You’ll need to be happy working in a fast-moving, commission based sales environment and have the energy and drive to get the job done whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service. Of course, you’ll also need to be organised and have strong IT and admin skills. Full driving licence is essential.
