Saturday Customer Service Assistant - Clifton

An opportunity has become available to work directly with our members within our Clifton branch as a Saturday Customer Service Assistant.

You will be part of an established and supportive team, serving customers every Saturday, which is one of our busiest days of the week.

In this role you will be the face of the Society, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service by talking to our members and building long term relationships with them.

From having conversations with our customers we will be able to help them with the plans they have for their money, with the services we offer.

You will be dealing with customers’ transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and paying bills, by operating the till and handling money in an accurate and professional manner.

You will need to understand and comply with all the appropriate legislation and codes of practice, and keep your knowledge up to date on our products and services. It’s important to protect our members so following security and Data Protection procedures is a must.

You don’t need previous work experience to be successful, just a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

We are looking for someone that has the confidence to engage with a variety of people and accurately deal with our member’s transactions.

We offer the friendly, warm welcome that our members have come to expect in all of our 70 branches.
