A world renowned Global Manufacturer of automotive components is looking to recruit an Information Systems Administrator, with specific expertise in SAP. Reporting directly into the Infrastructure Manager, you will hold responsibility for SAP Master Data along with first level IT support. You will also be appointed to provide training across IT and SAP issues. Working closely with the 2nd & 3rd level support teams, you will solve local issues with effective problem solving and trouble shooting.
You will be tasked with building, upgrading and maintaining the local desktops and laptops, along with maintaining shop floor data collection equipment. By liaising with other departments around the business you will keep abreast of data in line with business changes.
System testing and roll out of system changes will be a key part of your role; along with documentation of SAP/business processes. You will also be tasked with setting up all data for new parts, BOM's and routings in SAP - in line with business production processes.
To be successful with your application you must show a strong understanding of ERP systems, with attributes related to attention to detail and fault finding. You will also show experience of delivering training and assisting users across the business.
You must have working experience of SAP - ideally up to Super User level. It is also essential that you carry A Level or equivalent accreditation.
You will show understanding of the outline of the role and processes within an IS department, along with a general understanding of ERP systems.
