SAP Administrator/Warehouse Coordinator

What you become part of
Co-ordinates the work of storing and retrieval of finished goods in the Warehouse and ensuring the loading bays are working at full capacity for the shift and co-ordinates the picking work in the non-bulk warehouse to ensure loads are collated on time and in full by shift.

What to expect
Key Accountabilities:
Drive Efficiency and Effectiveness
*Resource Planning
*Plans and co-ordinates the work in Bulk and Non-Bulk to ensure that Warehouse Operators are available in the required work area:
*Move finished goods from Production lines to Warehousing
*Move and store finished goods from other sites
*Move and load finished goods from the warehouse to trucks or direct to trucks from production
*Picking and loading of Local Distribution customer orders
*Completion of associated administrative tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the operation and stock management system
*Schedules Stock availability for Bulk and Non-Bulk Deliveries
*Co-ordinates stock to be available for Deliveries to be retrieved from the Warehouse and deposited ready for loading in line with the Bulk/Non-Bulk Plan
Inbound/Outbound Management
*Direct vehicles into and releases them from the loading bay to ensure the loading bays are running and used effectively
*Ensure third Party Hauliers have delivery notes for Customers
*Checks receipt of goods coming from other sites/3rd party warehousing for product quality and correct SKUs
Functional Excellence/Continuous Improvement
*Team flexibility
*Perform other tasks as required by the Warehouse Manager/Warehouse Team Leaders and Non-Bulk Transport functions to ensure Distribution team performance is achieved
*Continuous Improvement
*Share Best Practice with other team members and colleagues to improve customer service (OTIF), Quality, Safety, Environment and KPI performance
Drive Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability
*Site Health and Safety
*Follow Site Safety best practices to ensure safe working for self and to protect the safety of colleagues to demonstrate zero accident behaviour
Site Standards
*Uphold the agreed ways of working at the site to ensure the site is a great place to work
*Take personal ownership and responsibility for the quality of own work delivered, and identify and action ways of improving it
*Foster teamworking and flexibility in tasks allocated to support the achievement of team/department/site objectives and own career development
What we expect of you
*Maths and English passed at School leaving Certificate level (GCSE in UK), ideally higher school leaving qualifications
*Previous experience of administration, ideally haulier/distribution planning
*Fast-paced, customer contact environment
*Systems literate
*Excellent Communication and influencing skills
