ABOUT THE ROLE

Becoming one of Santa’s Elves is a truly magical task. It’s not just about helping children feel at ease with the wonderful experience of seeing Santa, it’s about keeping the spirit of Christmas alive which means good will, fantastic customer service and making people smile – whatever their query or request. Sometimes you may work in one of our special retail outlets, or be tasked with meeting and greeting guests. The role is as diverse as it is magical, which makes it a unique experience for you.

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract from 6 November 2018 to 24 December 2018.

Due to the sensitive nature of this role the successful applicant will be required to apply for disclosure with the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly CRB). This disclosure, together with other selection information, will need to be satisfactory to the Company for employment to commence.

HOURS OF WORK

We have the following part and full-time contracts available on a flexible basis:

  • 34 hours per 4 week period
  • 60 hours per 4 week period
  • 80 hours per 4 week period
  • 150 hours per 4 week period

Working hours will include a variety of daytime, evenings and weekend shifts on a rota basis.

This is a fixed term contract from 6 November – 24 December 2018.

ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer care skills

Desirable requirements:

  • Previous experience of working with children
  • Previous acting / entertainment experience
