Job Title: Samsung Product Specialist
Pay: £8840 per annum plus up to 10% bonus per annum (paid quarterly)
Working Days: 16 hours per week across 2 days that we anticipate will be on Tuesday & Wednesday with flexibility required
Contract: Fixed term until 31st December 2018

We are looking for confident individuals with big personalities. You should be eager to tackle challenges, be engaging, confident and have a willingness to learn. You will be working in a contact centre environment, instilling product knowledge and providing best in class training to the contact centre staff. From this, you will be gaining buy into the brand therefore the ability to build relationships is essential to success. The working environment will be very busy and fast paced so you'll need to be dynamic, and flexible.
To ensure success, you will need to maintain an expert understanding of our client's products. You will be initially provided with in depth training to assist in this, and take part in regular follow up sessions to keep you updated. You can then share this knowledge in the contact centres through conducting training with the advisors on the floor to increase sales and interactions with the products. Through building relationships, you can build brand advocacy in the contact centre, ensuring the staff are buying into you, and therefore buying into the brand. Through daily reporting, you will be able to show how successful you are, and all the great things you are doing within the contact centre to make us number 1.
