Samsung Complaints Team Manager
Location: Hepworth House - Leeds
Shift/Hours: 37.5 hours per week 5 out of 7 days working between the opening times of 8am and 10pm
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Customer Relations Team. The Complaints Team Manager will be responsible for a team of Expert Complaint Handlers dealing with complex Samsung complaints covering all product lines.
