167 Solutions is partnering with a growing organisation in the West Midlands seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their in-house technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Salesforce professional who enjoys developing scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud whilst working closely with stakeholders across the business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, enhancement and support of the Salesforce platform, helping drive business efficiency and customer experience improvements.

• Design, develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Build and support solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs
• Configure and enhance Flows, Process Automation and custom business logic
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop scalable, secure and high-performing Salesforce applications
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices
• Support platform releases, deployments and change management activities
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing platform support
• Create and maintain technical documentation and solution designs
• Work alongside administrators, analysts and business users to continuously improve platform functionality
• Contribute to platform governance, security and optimisation initiatives

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Strong knowledge of:
• Apex
• Visualforce
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Lightning Platform
• Experience across:
• Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Marketing Cloud
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security and sharing architecture
• Experience developing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
• Experience with Salesforce Flows and automation tools
• Knowledge of Salesforce deployment and release management processes
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
• Experience with Experience Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud
• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Git, Azure DevOps or Copado
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Exposure to Marketing Cloud Journeys, Automation Studio and integrations

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
