Salesforce & CRM Online Manager - £Competitive + benefits

This is a technology-led role involving using systems and process integration skills, business needs analysis and delivery management to build and improve customer propositions to drive and strengthen customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilising data, business intelligence platforms and technology (Salesforce, marketing automation etc.) to deliver business efficiencies, competitive differentiation and revenue opportunities across cross-functional and geographical teams.

  • Maximising the collection and use of business data, providing metric and management solutions through reporting and dashboard development.

  • Driving user adoption to deliver benefits through operational efficiencies, revenue generation or cost savings to Commercial and Supply Chain groups.

  • Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration etc. and developing and delivering user training.

  • Integration including: gathering and interpreting business requirements, project management, stakeholder management and reporting, managing integration partners, testing and implementing new functionality, communicating changes to the management team and cross functional collaboration and work in a matrix environment.

  • Business utilisation and uptake including customer data analysis and reporting, business tool alignment and collaboration and driving usage and adoption, guide best practice.

  • Salesforce User and System administration - managing the interface with group owners of Salesforce implementation.

    Essential Skills/ Experience:

  • Qualified to degree level preferably within a business discipline.

  • Experience in Product Management Lifecycle.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certified ADM201, ADM211 and/or 2 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator minimum.

  • Knowledge of MarTech: marketing automation, Salesforce

  • Advanced MS Excel or equivalent; comfortable with large data set manipulation.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

  • Understanding of business process mapping.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to support recommendations and deliver change.

  • Involvement in previous CRM implementations (preferably Salesforce).
