Salesforce Consultant - Pre Sales

You will have a passion for delivering excellent solutions to customers and enjoy working closely with internal more technical and client success colleagues and external users. Some technical experience is required to support the sales team, the presentation of solutions to clients and the internal communication of the client requirements to the technical and Client Success implementation teams. Strong presence and ability to influence clients business and Info security teams is critical.

The role requires clear and precise written work when responding to clients requirements. Additionally, you will be a key player in all sales processes and will need strength of character to influence the sales / account management team and the management team. You will work within the Client Services team but very closely with the Development team. You will learn new skills and improve existing ones as well as enjoy working in a close-knit, friendly and enthusiastic team delivering a world-class product.

Required Attributes / Experience


? Experience of presenting business solutions in Capital Markets

? Experience of cloud solutions

? Experience of working with and influencing information security, compliance and business users. Participate and contribute in design sessions - be able to identify risks, suggest design alternatives and drive solution direction.

? Extensive Salesforce configuration and demonstration capability including basic
point-and-click config to tailor demos

? Ability to describe the technical architecture and answer basic technical
questions (e.g. about vendor certification, flow of research etc.)

? Able to manage RFP process and provide first response to RFP functional areas and work with team to deliver professional response to client

? Strong written and verbal presentation skills

? Ability to accurately translate client requirements into required solution for internal
review and scoping. Work closely with Development and Customer Success team
and direct (if not do all the detail of) the production of an SDD (Solution Description
Document)
