Role overview:
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting Tes to leverage the Salesforce.com platform to support key business objectives.
You will be a member of the Business Systems team and work as part of a group of designated Salesforce specialists. You will report into the Head of Business Systems but will take guidance from the Salesforce Lead at a daily, operational level.
As such, you will support the management of Salesforce support tickets received through the service desk and support the delivery of systems-related projects. By following an agile delivery approach, you will also take documented solutions to development, into change sets, into testing and through to deployment.
The role is Sheffield office based. Can work 2-3 days remotely once established in role.
