Working with a busy and fast paced sales team, you will support in developing the business workflows within the system, and deploying to the wider business functions, and internationally. As an experience Salesforce Administrator, you will proactively plan, implement and support the CRM, ensuring it is fully utilised to meet business objectives, and automates sales processes where possible. As subject matter expert you will lead of the growth of the system, solving complex business challenges along the way.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering the roll out of Salesforce across the business
Innovate, utilising automation to build economies of scale, and deliver time savings to the business
Manage user set up, profiles, roles, customise objects, fields, etc
Maintain the software, managing updates and integration of applications
Assist with developing training materials to deliver to the users, and be there for ongoing support
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning with Sales Cloud/Service Cloud would be an advantage
There is so much scope for this role as you will own the system, and work closely with the development team to ensure the software is maximised in the business. There is opportunity for global travel as the system is deployed, throughout the next year, and a chance to build a team around you when needed. There is ample opportunity for learning on the job, and support with gaining accreditation or certificates that bring value to the role.
