My client is a leading provider of cloud-based portfolio analytics and data solutions for the global asset management industry. With offices in nine countries my client develops and provides cloud-based technology platforms to clients who place enormous value on high levels of application service. My client uses Salesforce.com to centrally manage all CRM data along with sales and marketing information. Salesforce dashboards are used throughout the company and are an essential tool in senior management and board meetings. Many third party applications are connected to the Salesforce platform extending its capability to all areas of the business, making Salesforce a mission critical application.
To help maintain and expand the Salesforce platform is looking to recruit a Salesforce Administrator to join the Salesforce team in London.
Reporting to the Specialized Workflow-Application Manager you will be working closely within a team and with other key stakeholders such as the Group COO, Global Client Services Director and the Global Financial Controller. The successful candidate will be based in London, UK full time.
Stability - This role is responsible for stability of the platform and to ensure there is a robust change management process in place.
Value - Salesforce is a critical business information tool. This role will be required to learn in detail my clients business to identify areas where Salesforce can add value to existing or to new processes.
Transparency- The structure and data driving Salesforce dashboards and reports needs to be transparent and well documented.
Growth- Asmy client grows as a business, this role needs to ensure that our Salesforce platform is able to grow with us and continue to add value across multiple business units, staying up to date with new features and functionality which can be adopted by my client
Responsiveness- My client is an entrepreneurial business always looking to gain and learn from new ideas and changes in our market place. This role needs to ensure that Salesforce is a flexible tool able to react to change.
Ensure key performance and capacity metrics are being monitored and reported on globally. Day to day management of and responsibility for the Salesforce.com platform.
Lift the knowledge and experience of the sales team through both better processes and enhanced training and guidance.
Support the team during project phases, current project examples include Service Cloud, Communities and the switch to Lightning.
Ensure that integrations with other systems operate as designed and drive constant evolution of these to advance the capability of the organisation.
Support the Marketing team to enable efficient delivery of quality leads to sales.
Identify and deliver changes or enhancements to meet the current and emerging needs of the business.
Own the data quality within the platform identifying new ways of maintaining accuracy and driving proper usage and adoption.
Experience and Qualifications
Salesforce implementation, administration and configuration expertise with experience in:
- 2 years+ Salesforce.com experience
- Building and maintaining reports and dashboards
- Configuring standard and custom objects, workflow rules, validation rules, record types and page layouts
- Previous integration experience with 3rd party tools on the Salesforce App Exchange
- Basic awareness of Apex/Visualforce pages
- Certification in Salesforce.com (Certified Admin)
