Internal Sales Executive
Salary: - £22,000 basic - OTE £30,000 - UNCAPPED

This has come about due to business growth hence the need to bring in more eager professionals wanting to show their skills and progress to the next level.

This role would suite someone who thrives on exceeding targets and wants to springboard their career to the next level.

You will have great verbal communication skills and enjoy working in a fast paced but supportive environment.

The Role:

70/30 split of New business and account management.

Generate own leads by phone activities.

Building credible relationships with prospects in order to create and manage sales.

Understand customer needs and requirements.

Discuss qualified opportunities with Sales Director for further development and closure.

Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

Work with Sales and Marketing colleagues to build pipeline.

Provide input to and support the communication of marketing activity.

Utilisation of CRM software to record activity and monitor opportunities. Salesforce experience.

Achieve and exceed monthly & annual targets.

Occasional travel will be required.



Key Skills:
Proven, successful, track record in Telesales and the confidence to find opportunities from contact lists, both existing and new.

Software background will be beneficial.

You will be articulate, polite and professional.

Have the interpersonal skills needed to quickly build relationships with customers, prospects and colleagues alike.

Must be highly self-disciplined and a self-starter.

Professional with integrity and a strong work ethic.

Excellent communicator and telephone manner.
