Alliance Sales Support Services provides services to the B2B publishing and events industry.
This new and exciting opportunity has become available to work with a number of our clients who are at the forefront of publishing and events within the Media/TV-Broadcasting/Advertising Sector.
Who we are looking for -
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and personable individual with rapport building skills and personal initiative. The role involves contacting senior individuals at Advertising Agencies and TV Production Companies to offer them a range of magazines, newsletters, web based titles, and industry events. The role is telephone based and will also require some face to face meetings in UK and abroad.
There is NO cold calling as the successful candidate will be following up warm prospects who have requested information or attended events previously.
The successful candidate should be comfortable speaking to senior level personnel as well as coming across as confident and professional when dealing with our internal clients.
Ideally we are looking for graduates or people with some telemarketing or sales experience looking to further their career working with reputable brands and great products. Someone from a telemarketing background hoping to take a step in to Account Management would be an excellent fit.
Some interest (or experience) in the Broadcasting/Events/Publishing is preferred.
There will be opportunity to progress to a more senior sales role based London/Hong Kong/New York.
Role specs -
Basic: £18k or Temp work PLUS Commission (£4k-£8k) - OTE £22k-£26k
Hours: Typically 9:00am - 5:30pm- Monday to Friday no weekend work
Holidays: 20 days per annum
