Sales Trainer- Internal Sales / Inside Sales Training
To £40k plus bonus and benefits
Remote, with travel to London office as required.
The client is a corporate B2B technology and services provider, with a broad portfolio of Solutions, targeting customers across multiple verticals. In spite of the global pandemic the business is seeing significant growth across many areas. Supporting and developing their people, and enabling individuals to achieve their best, is an important and ongoing priority.
Internal sales is a key channel-to-market, and the role is responsible for planning and delivering high quality sales training, coaching and L&D support to the Internal / Inside sales teams. This will involve utilising a variety of approaches and tools, and the development of materials and content that addresses all aspects of the core sales methodology, and customer lifecycle. The role will analyse and evaluate skills and knowledge, strengths and weaknesses, advising and guiding on training and coaching needs, and creating and delivering impactful training programs and interventions accordingly. The role will work closely with team leaders, and also with product and subject-matter-experts to ensure product training needs are met. Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on performance and the success of training will be crucial, adapting and optimising activities in-line with team and business needs.
Candidates will have experience within B2B internal / inside / outbound sales environment in a dedicated training / L&D capacity, or possibly be looking to move into this from a team management sales role where training and development has been a central focus. You will understand consultative solution selling methodologies, with experience ideally gained within B2B technology, software, or services.
