Sales Team Manager
£24 per hour
Full Time Contract

We are seeking a Sales Team Manager to directly manage a team of specialist Sales Officers, they will ensure that Right to Buy applications are processed according to statutory timescales and ensure that all transactions are completed within strict financial and legal controls.

Main responsibilities include:-
Working through conveyancing enquires.
Providing conveyancing advice to Homeownership & Rents.
Managing the sales team responsible for processing Right To Buy aplications.
Working through property stats, RTB cases and bringing them up to date.
Assisting with the implementation of our online RTB application portal.

Key Skills and Requirements include:-
An excellent knowledge of leasehold issues, including but not limited to: Right to Buy; buy-backs; service charges; current law and legislation.
Substantial experience in leasehold management and practice, with a focus on sales, Right to Buy and disposals.
Experience as a team leader or line manager within a large, complex, customer-focused organisation.
A sound knowledge of the conveyancing process and of legislation around the sale and disposal of local aurthority properties.
