About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Team Manager to lead, manage and develop a team of Advisers. You’ll be responsible for the team achieving multiple sales targets and exceeding customer expectations. Strategic thinking is also key and having the ability to generate new ideas to support continuous customer growth and retention projects.
Supporting and coaching the team is a big part of the role, so you’ll need to have strong people management experience. Then there’s something a bit more inbuilt - the communication skills and empathy you need to swiftly develop a rapport with anyone.
