Mercury Talent are delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Team Manager for a highly successful Media company based on the Surrey/Hampshire Borders. Due to a period of rapid success our client is looking for a Sales Team Manager to grow and develop a dynamic direct sales team.

The successful Sales Team Manager will get to lead a team within a truly unique fun and dynamic company, that feels like you could be working in a creative Media agency in London, without the commute! The role of the Sales Team Manager

  • Lead from the front as this will be a billing Sales Team Manager role with a personal target
  • Responsible for setting and monitoring the achievement of sales team KPIs
  • Mentor, lead and coach sales staff to maintain high achieving performance.
  • Manage HR processes including induction reviews, appraisals and disciplinaries
  • Reporting of commercials and forecasting to the Head of Sales
  • Setting quarterly annual direct sales target with Head of sales
  • Manage all external suppliers and partnership relationships which affect the sales process
  • Campaign management and feedback/reporting of company success
  • Management of Direct Sales team and recruitment of new team members
  • Train all new Sales staff on CRM system Microsoft Dynamics
