Our client a highly successful leisure company are is looking to recruit an ambitious, articulate and tenacious Sales Team Leader.
Reporting to the Sales & Operations Director you will be responsible for leading, managing and motivating the sales team together with overseeing staff performance.
Duties will include account management, allocating tasks to staff, organising holidays and training and carrying out performance reviews. In addition you will create and implement sales improvement plans and provide regular reports to members of the Senior Management team.
You will be an established sales professional with demonstrable experience of working within a comparable role is required and knowledge of the leisure or travel industry an advantage. You will possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to create professional relationships with colleagues at all levels, have exceptional organisation and planning abilities and be capable of prioritising the team’s workload. In addition you will have a high attention to detail, have outstanding interpersonal skills and be confident in your decision making
