A relationship builder who can think quickly, react to market trends to maximize each and every sale. You must be able to lead a sales force with skills to build relationships and sell technical products, packages and service levels to customers and prospects.
You will be working directly into the Contact Centre Manager who is looking to build on the success of their reputation and the quality of their people.
Utilise the IT system to find relevant customer sales leads
Selling additional products to customers
The Sales team Leader is Target driven, numerate, analytical and has a good understanding on IT process which would include, Outlook both for email along with scheduling & planning, Competent Excel skills, CRM system aware, and word.
Must look to raise company profile and to maintain and grow the customer base and reduce business churn and ensure Customers and prospects are aware of our service and capabilities.
Developing and managing 'real' relationships with the key players of the potential customer base
Reviewing and analysing contract performance with customers, recommending & initiating improvement plans where appropriate and SLA's where required
Explore & developing new opportunities with the current and potential customer base
Generation of prospects and portfolio reports to reduce churn and enhance return, with competent use of a pipeline and crm system
Analysing and reviewing variance reports to ensure optimal performance in customer retention
