About The Role
Due to continued growth we are seeking a Sales Team Leader to manage a high performing business development team, aligned to their flagship Graduate brand. This brand sells directly to Major Blue Chip organisations that seek solutions to their graduate / student resourcing needs.
You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Sales to ensure the team is generating new revenue streams and delivering revenue against agreed goals.
You will be responsible for your own and the overall team target whilst ensuring ongoing development and management of team members. We are seeking someone that has the ability and desire to develop into a fully fledged Sales Manager within an agreed period of time.

Key Responsibilities for Sales Account Manager
-Consistently achieve individual sales / KPI targets
-Support and lead the wider team in order to achieve agreed targets / KPI's
-Manage and develop team members in order to drive ongoing personal development
-Work with senior stakeholders to forecast, manage and evaluate team sales performance
-Ensure team members consistently represent the brand to the highest standards
-Hold regular individual and team meetings in order to achieve objectives
What We're Looking For:
-Proven management experience within a new business sales environment
-Ability to motivate, coach and guide a new business sales team
-Demonstrable B2B sales background
-Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Experience of the job board industry and in particular the graduate market would be ideal
